Customer Account
WCCN is a wholesale grower selling business-to-business in the landscape trade.
An account must be established with WCCN before WCCN accepts any orders.

Orders
Orders for current and future delivery can be placed at any time by contacting WCCN. Delivery priority will be based on your order date.
Minimum order is $1500.

Warranty
WCCN warrants its nursery stock to be viable, in excellent condition and true to name. Customer must submit any claim within 10 days of receipt. Liability to WCCN is not to exceed replacement or purchase price refund at our discretion.

Sales Tax
All Idaho customers must have a current Idaho ST-101 form on file with WCCN prior to order shipment or sales tax will be added to the invoice. All federal, state and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in any pricing.

Pricing
WCCN reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Pricing level will be set upon account set up based on anticipated annual purchases and will be reviewed annually.

Payment
Payment is due before shipment via approved company check unless a credit line is established with WCCN.

Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB-Middleton via common carrier or our truck. Applicable shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.

Shipping Charges
Local delivery within the Treasure Valley is $85.00. Regional delivery via WCCN box truck is available and will vary based on location and load size.

Lead Times
WCCN requests a minimum of 2 days to prepare all orders for delivery. Larger orders may require more time.

Credit Line and Terms
Must complete our commercial credit application and if requested, provide a personal guarantee of credit. Terms for all accounts are Net 30 from date of invoice. Accounts not paid in 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. WCCN reserves the right to revoke credit terms for any account not paid in 30 days.

Force Majeure
WCCN’s order acceptance does not obligate or imply liability for any loss or damage incurred by customer as a result of crop growing conditions, fire, flood, frost, acts of God, errors in count, labor issues, shipping materials issues or any other occurrence beyond the direct control of WCCN.
